Gundam Seed Destiny: Lacus Clyne 02

In the beginning of the 2nd season, Lacus was living with Kira Yamato at Reverend Malchio’s Orphanage in the Marshall Islands. However, the peaceful days came to an abrupt end when a disaster from the new war forced them to move in with their former comrades, Andrew Waltfeld and Murrue Ramius at their shared mansion in Orb. The Coordinators made an attempt on Lacus’ life, but Kira was able to defeat them with the Freedom.

Cute cosplayer and oh-so-many Haros! I love how she colored her eyebrows pink, those blue eyes are really captivating! Thanks again to Michelle for sending this!

Vampire Knight: Touya Rima 03

Touya Rima possesses a strong, self-assured personality similar to Shiki Senri. She does not like to expend energy needlessly and is a lady with few words. She is a quick thinker, indifferent, and aloof, but often worries about Shiki and Ichijo Takuma. Despite her apparent lack of interest, she has no qualms about speaking her mind and unexpectedly has a short-tempered side as well.

Kuroshitsuji: Sebastian Michaelis 06

The Phantomhive butler that can do everything no matter how impossible it may seem, Sebastian Michaelis is demon bound to Ciel Phantomhive by a Faustian contract. His demonic self has yet to be revealed, but a depiction of sharp teeth, high-heeled boots, and elongated nails have been given. His present appearance bears a striking resemblance to Ciel’s father, Lord Vincent Phantomhive.

Farewell, Saya…

Many of you have probably already heard the news, but I didn’t want to post this until I confirmed it myself… Sadly, it appears the rumor regarding Miss Saya’s untimely death appears to be true.

According to her little sister, Miss Saya (沙谷) passed away at 5:27 am on the 15th of March due to an accident. There are no further details as of yet, and there isn’t much we can do at this point because we don’t even know what Miss Saya’s real name is.

In her official blog, however, Miss Saya did confirm that she was not affected by the recent earthquake, not the tsunami that is devastating Japan up until now. Her facebook fanpage has also confirmed that her death was not caused by suicide, nor is the news any sort of sick April Fool’s joke; as there have been rumors that Saya was retiring from cosplaying.

For me, I am a huge fan of Miss Saya’s. And as a tribute to her, I would like to ask my readers to help me find some of her cosplay photos that I have yet to feature on Cosplay Holic for the entire month of April (You can contribute by sending me an email via kurohiko at gmail dot com). Although I can’t feature her every single day, I would like to do as much as I can to show that we, her fans, will never forget her.

Rest in peace, Miss Saya… I wish I had met you before you had gone… My thanks to Tina, St. Arcana, and Katserest for letting me know about this sad news.

A calm and collected girl, Black Rock Shooter keeps to herself and only spoke once in the OVA confronting her “other self” Kuroi Mato. She does not focus on anything else aside from the most important thing that she has to do at this very moment she’s doing it. Black Rock Shooter is a highly skilled fighter, despite her seeming defeat by Black Gold Saw, she easily manages to fight evenly with Dead Master even though she’s appears as if she’s trying not to hurt her.

Fate/Stay Night: Tosaka Rin

A model student and idol of Kamiya Shiro’s school, Tosaka Rin seemingly prefers to be alone than be in the company of other students. This is because she is secretly a magus, the successor to her family’s magecraft, and she was instructed by her father, Tokiomi, to prioritize sorcery over her own interests. Since then, she strived to earn the admiration of her peers to avoid drawing attention to her private life.

Saya makes quite a convincing Rin! I love the simple beauty of this cosplay. Thanks to Michi for sending this in!
